Our typical procedure is as follows:

Surface preparation: spot spackling/repair, sanding, cleaning.

Room preparation: drop cloths/plastic sheeting, masking, furniture protection.
|
|
●

Painting: 2 coats latex paint, TOA or JOTUN brand, semi-glossy, washable.
|

Clean-up
|
For interior painting with light color paint our rates start at 3.5 USD/square meter all inclusive.
According to the type of work, cheaper paint (i.e. U-90) can be used at a rate of 2.5 USD/square meter.
