The Iron Workshop is a project by Una Goccia per il Mondo

Beside our metal working services, we are now proud to announce the provision to our loyal customers of the following additional services: air conditioners maintenance, garden maintenance, electrical and plumbing services. All the new services are provided with the same accuracy, reliability and great rates which accompanied us since our beginning.

We have come a long way!

Our History

The Iron Workshop was created in 2005 by the determination and generosity of the Italian Ngo “Una Goccia per il Mondo” (One Drop for the World). Starting as a small workshop in the backyard of a private house, it has now grown to be an independent reality located in Puok district, about 13 km from Siem Reap Town.

Helping the local community

Born as a humanitarian project itself the Iron Workshop has now evolved into a social enterprise capable to contribute (albeit still in a limited way) to the funding of new initiatives of Una Goccia per il Mondo (One Drop for the World) in favour of disadvantaged young Cambodians.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to help the unfortunate youth of Cambodia, to give them an opportunity that otherwise they would not receive because of many different family dynamics, poverty, single parenting and illness being the most obvious.

WHERE OUR PROFITS GO

As a not-for-profit reality all profits generated by the Iron Workshop go into the funding of Una Goccia per il Mondo’s latest project “The Crafts House” a vocational training facility located in Puok district, one of the poorest districts in Cambodia.
